Products: Should you have an allergic reaction, we will ask that you bring in the container and let us assist you with the reaction. Sometimes reactions require an anti-inflammatory which we will prescribe for you and sometimes it’s simply your skin requiring time to adjust to a new product such as tretinoin or hydroquinone. Either way, we will assist you with this and credit your account accordingly. We do not offer refunds for products.
