- Must be an Allē Member to purchase and/or redeem gift cards.
- Each gift card can be redeemed for $50 off a BOTOX Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices only.

- Each Member is eligible to receive Double Points once during the Promotion Period.
- Member will earn standard Allē points on all other eligible purchases.
