Here at Advanced Skin Therapy, we strive to offer the best customer service, and requiring an appointment confirmation is done as a courtesy to our staff and other patients to allow access to schedule during peak times.

Deposits

  • Service charges cannot always be anticipated. In these instances, as well as for consultations, a $50 deposit will be required at the time of booking an appointment. This fee will be redeemed towards the purchase at check out. 
  • Instances where the service charge is at a predefined amount, a $100 deposit will be required at the time of booking an appointment. This fee will be redeemed towards the purchase at check out.

Cancellations/ Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen emergencies can happen and will be taken into consideration.

24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit.

In instances that an individual has arrived after the 10-minute grace period, it may result in losing your deposit.
